1. Overview

This policy explains how refunds work for purchases made in Candle Player ("the App"). It applies in addition to your statutory consumer rights, which it does not limit.

2. Mobile purchases (App Store / Google Play)

Purchases made inside the mobile app are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds for these purchases are governed by their respective policies and must be requested through:

• Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
• Google Play: play.google.com/store/account → Order history

3. Non-refundable cases

• Virtual currency (Light ✦) that has already been spent on items or effects.
• Requests made after the applicable refund window, except where required by law.

3. Невозвратные случаи

• Виртуальная валюта (Light ✦), уже потраченная на предметы или эффекты.
• Запросы после окончания срока возврата, кроме случаев, предусмотренных законом.
